Apply a scoop of Exfoliating Lippy lip scrub onto clean, dry lips. Massage into lips in circular motions for 1 to 2 min gently and wipe or rinse clean. Follow by applying a thin coat of Hydrating Lippy lip butter for maximum hydration and lasting moisture.
